We also focus on fertile soil farms, to produce citrus fruits with increased juice content, sugar level and low acidity.Green Agro adopts international standards for collecting and sorting fruits, where farmers collect the fruits to complete the first stages of preparation for packaging. In the sorting stations, the fruits are washed, then cool up to -3 degrees Celsius, with the aim of the fresh product reaching the customer, through international shipping companies.

FRESH Fruits

Green Agro for Import and Export is interested in fresh fruits, and always strives to provide high-quality fruits, from its cultivation, to the correct packaging of the crop, we have many types of fresh fruits, including all kinds of grapes, pomegranates and figs, Starting from soil selection and farm service programs represented in (irrigation, fertilization, pest and insect control using pesticides approved by the European Union and in accordance with international quality standards) In addition to methods of harvesting fruits from trees according to international specifications to preserve the fruits with their full specifications without defects so that they are suitable for export, also interested in the stage of harvesting the crop, as it is keen to harvest the crop when it is fully ripe in the correct way

Vegetables

Green Agro for Import and Export is interested in vegetables. It is also interested in cultivating products with the latest agricultural methods, while always taking into account the quality of the product, it has several types of fresh vegetables such as potatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers and potatoes. Fresh vegetables are subjected to multiple stages, beginning with the cultivation stage, in which the company focuses on the use of pesticides that conform to international standards, so that a certified examination is conducted to analyze pesticide residues to prove that the vegetables are free of pesticide residues and heavy metals, In the packing and storage stage, Green Agro must ensure that the packing and storage materials for fresh vegetables are made of safe materials in addition to complying with writing data on the packages from the Food Safety Authority.

IQF

One of the main advantages of this method of preparing frozen food is that the freezing process takes only a few minutes. The exact time depends on the type of IQF freezer and the product. The short freezing prevents formation of large ice crystals in the product’s cells, which destroys the membrane structures at the molecular level. This makes the product keep its shape, color, smell and taste after defrost, to a far greater extent. Another advantage of IQF technology is its ability to separate units of the products during freezing, which produces a higher quality product compared to block freezing. This is important for food sustainability, as the consumer can defrost and use the exact quantity needed.
